Founder & Literary Director
Jaidree Braddix
Jaidree Braddix brings over a decade of experience working with authors at the intersection of publishing, entrepreneurship, and impact. She is drawn to nonfiction ranging from serious narratives that dive deep to illuminate essential issues to buzz-worthy 'must-reads' with the potential to become topics of national conversation, especially those that send readers away with new frameworks or unexpected tools. Her (limited) fiction list skews mission-driven: fantasies that can shift a reader’s perspective enough to have effects in their reality.
Jaidree's clients have included Guinness World Record-holding athletes, Nobel Laureates, activists and influencers leading culture-shifting conversations, trailblazers who have created globally trending wellness movements, and acclaimed researchers in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, business, and organizational behavior.
A strong believer in the power of great stories and bold ideas to spark global movements, Jaidree has a passion for editorial development and is forever excited by the puzzle of finding where a book "fits" in an author's personal ecosystem and how it stands out in the media environment at large. Across genres and disciplines, she works closely with authors to translate their assets—be they unique life stories, cutting edge research, foundations for social good, transformative programs, or online communities—into compelling proposals, noteworthy books, and enduring careers.
Jaidree lives in Los Angeles, CA, where she relies heavily on emotional support sunsets.

Meg Ledford
Meg Ledford is a writer and storytelling enthusiast who got her start doing sketch comedy and improv. She recently graduated with her MFA in playwriting from Columbia University. Her work as a playwright has been featured at Lenfest Center of the Arts, New Perspectives Theatre Company, and Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati. Her play, Hi! Maintenance won the Jackie Demaline Regional Collegiate Playwriting Competition in 2021. She has also worked as a script doctor across multiple writing mediums to foster her passion for helping other writers tell their stories in the most effective way possible.
Because of her sketch background, she loves stories that approach topics through a comedic lens, believing strongly that humor often leads us to the deepest truths. During her time pursuing her masters, she also developed a love for analyzing structure, often being drawn to narratives that explore specific archetypes or transform well-established formats.
When not writing she can be found performing improv or crocheting her own clothes.
